Book an Appointment

Online appointments require a 50% booking payment. The remaining amount is handled according to the clinic payment process. EFT is accepted for that 50%, and the payment reference stays pending until staff verify it. Entering a reference does not verify the payment. Online appointment slots may become fully booked. Walk-in patients are still welcome and will be assisted according to clinic availability and queue order.

• • Find, change, or cancel later on Find booking with the phone number you booked with.
• • If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment time, the booking is cancelled.
• • Do not include diagnoses, medication lists, or detailed medical history on this form.
• • For urgent concerns, call the clinic directly.
